HPT-100 & HPT-200 — Benchtop Systems

Microprocessor-controlled benchtop systems suited to surface activation, cleaning, and modification of polymers, metals, and glass. The HPT-200 features a larger 150mm-diameter process chamber to accommodate more or larger samples. Each system includes a 5.7-inch colour touchscreen for setting gas flow rate, pressure, power level, and process time, with fully interlocked, single-keypress process cycles.

HPT-300 & HPT-500 — Larger-Capacity Systems

The HPT-300 features a 200mm x 200mm (~12.5L) rectangular plasma process chamber in stainless steel; the HPT-500 steps up to a 240mm x 240mm (~23L) chamber. Both feature removable parts/carrier trays for treating larger parts or more parts per batch, driven by a proprietary HPS plasma generator continuously variable over the full 0–300W range for fine control on delicate materials.

NEBULA — Large-Format Industrial Systems

NEBULA systems feature large-format vacuum chambers from 30L to 150L, with recipe-driven PLC control via a 15-inch colour touchscreen (Windows 10) supporting unlimited recipes and operator/technician/administrator access levels. Chambers can be configured with multiple parts trays or electrodes in horizontal or vertical mounting arrangements, or with a high-capacity rotary drum for treating large numbers of small parts. Built for advanced research and unattended, traceable production steps.
