Standard MBE Systems

Pairs a deposition process chamber with a load-lock chamber for fast substrate loading, built for growing III/V, II/VI, and other heterostructure materials. Reaches base pressures of 5×10⁻¹⁰ to 5×10⁻¹¹ mbar, supports up to 10 evaporation sources plus substrate heating to 1400°C.

A standalone UHV photoelectron spectroscopy (XPS/UPS/ARPES/AES) system comprising an analysis chamber plus load-lock, with a hemispherical EA15 UHV energy analyser and base pressure down to 10⁻¹¹ mbar depending on pump configuration.

Titanium Sublimation Pumps

A true UHV pump using removable titanium-molybdenum alloy filaments — a high current heats the filament so titanium sublimates and coats nearby chamber walls, capturing reactive gases. Can be fitted with a liquid-nitrogen shield to boost pumping speed.
